You will need to call us at 973-777-6996 for a Return Authorization Number (required for all repairs). This will also give us an opportunity to discuss the problem, make some notes, and anticipate the arrival of your unit.  

If calling is inconvenient, you can email but please be sure to provide your full name, address, phone and serial number, and a clear description of the problem. Please note that Tech 21 will not accept packages without prior authorization, prepaid freight and proper insurance.  Generally, all repairs are completed and shipped back within 5 days of being received.
